SCANNING ISSUE IN PDF FILES

Hi all

When i scan multiple documents in PDF format ,some pages coming in portrait and some is coming in landscape.I checked the scanner through JPEG/TIFF all working fine

I am using Acrobat professional 7 and adobe reader dc/XI

Hi kcrnbr ,

Please provide the exact dot version of the software & OS installed at your system .Also check whether is there any update available for the software after going through "help > check for updates "

Follow this thread to reset the preferences for the Acrobat software:- How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat.

Open Acrobat, navigate to Help menu & repair the installation.Is this happening with all documents or with certain one.

If the scanner is connected to the server, connect it locally with the machine & then check.

Also check with the different user account with the Admin rights to replicate the issue .

In my PC i am using Adobe acrobat 7.0 professional(showing no updates are available at this time) and Adobe reader DC(No updates available).OS is win7YatharthS

Please try latest acrobat DC trial version https://acrobat.adobe.com/in/en/free-trial-download.html
