Transferring copy of Acrobat 11 Pro from one mac to another?

How can I locate the license number on the mac I wish to remove Acrobat from to place on new machine? I can view several licenses purchase via the Adobe ID but are unsure of which purchase is on the laptop I want to remove the software from.

Thank you and I viewed this information before originally posting.

However without a reference to know I am unsure of which machine has the serial I wish to transfer to the new machine. I need a way to verify which serial is on the machine I wish to decommission. Please provide a resolution if one exists.


There are two serial numbers listed in your Account for Acrobat. Once has been cancelled i haven't checked for the reason.

And another one is Active.

To transfer the application on another machine simply deactivate the application from the machine: Activate and deactivate Adobe products

Install it on another machine and use the serial number listed as Acrobat XI, you would be able to use only one as another one is already cancelled.

If you don't have Disc for Acrobat XI setup you may download it from here: Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X

It is not possible to get the license from the installed copy of the application.

I have followed the Find your serial number link prior to posting to message board. 

However it does not provide the instruction nor information I need to complete my task.

Is there a way to decipher which product is on the machine I want to decommission so I do no inadvertently enter the incorrect serial on the new machine?
