- keep getting a message that i am not connected to the internet - i am.  Reloaded onto a new PC (old one crashed) and now i am limited to 5 days grace.  Given a phone option to activate, only to receive message that Adobe no longer activates by phone.  Am frustrated and would like some help.

it is acrobat 8 - but as it happens - i finally got a "thank you for activating" message - after 50+ attempts since i installed on my new PC.  Fingers crossed the problem is rectified.  I do have the serial number, activation # and activation type was noted as Repair.  There was an error #, but i did not note it.  If the problem reoccurs, i will reconnect.  Thank you for reaching out.
