    Can you elaborate on exactly what you want to do and what you want the user experience to be?

    I like to be able to click on a drop down list or button to select either "APPROVED" / "REJECTED" / "PENDING FURTHER REVIEW" and add the annotated text on to the PDF upon selection or button click. It is to reduce the amount of time for user to do data entry after viewing the PDF. Thank you

    You have complete API access to add, edit, or delete annotations, so the short answer is yes, you can. 🙂 If you need help finding it in the docs, let us know.
