Adding Adobe Acrobat sign text tags to Dynamic table

Hi Guys !!

I have created a template and using doc gen to create Purchase orders and vendor data is dynamic so I am using " dynamic tables tags in doc gen " but I would also want my vendors to fill in few details in that PO like % of work completed and then send for signature. 

How do I add Adobe sign text tags in dynamic table being generated by Doc Gen.
