Is there any ballpark timescale for when the remaining Annotation Tools (line, arrow, rectangle etc.) available in Acrobat will be supported in the PDF Embed API?

      It's on our roadmap. You should expect more annotation tools including the list that you have shared to be available in the first half of 2021 in Embed APIs .
