Adobe API Tools

For Administrators, is there anyway to leverage Adobe API and know how users are using Acrobat DC?

Let's assume, I've about 10000 Acrobat users in my organisation and we would like to know what is the use case for Acrobat. i.e creating PDF/ Printing / Editing.
