Adobe Document Generation API is not working for .docx created from openOffice or googleDocx

The adobe document generation is working only form documents created by WinWord apps (locally apps or 365), documents created from openOffice or download from googleDocx as .docx is not working (blank page is received).

any idea ?

Hi Marcelo,

We tried the workflow on a googledocs document and we could not reproduce the issue. Please refer the attached document wherein the docx file is the input file that we used for the solution and the pdf file is the processed file.

Can you please share any sample document where you are encountering this issue?
