Adobe Document Generation api poll response data extraction.

Hi,

So i have been using your Document Generation API for a proof of concept and i am a little stuck... okay alot stuck... 

Now i read threw your posts and come to realize that you will not tell us how to extract the octet-stream from the poll response. Most of the posts state to use the sdk. I am looking at the javascript SDK and am not seeing the document generation SDK that is associated with document generation. Can i get a link for the javascript file... Not the github page but the actual filename =).

Also for us old school php developers any good resources on multipart form parsing for your sdk. 

on another note does the cpf: location parameter is the only value multipartlabel not a big fan of the whole parsing thing...
