Adobe PDF Embed API and embedded Action Javascript

Hello,

We're using the Adobe PDF Embed API. THe javascript with the PDF file we are opening does not work. For example javascript on a radio button to enable or disbale another text field does not work in the Adobe PDF Embed API. Is there a way to make this work or an alternative?
