Adobe PDF service API - checkboxes , radio buttons

Hello,

I am trying to fill a docx template with tags for my data that I will use to generate a pdf later on. I have no issues displaying fields / arrays but when it comes to checkboxes and radio buttons I can't find anything related to that in the documentation (what is the tag for it ? How do you put is selected and etc.). Could someone help?
