Adobe PDF Services for AWS Customers (New)

I found this notice regarding the Adobe PDF Services on AWS.  It seems that the service is no longer available for subscription for new customers starting Aug. 9.  Can someone on the Adobe Sales end of this product provide some instructions on how to subscribe directly?
