Annotation of PDF Embed API is not working on tablet.

Hello,
I'm currently trying PDF Embed API.
This is good on PC but some features doesn't work on tablet.
- Annotations doesn't show on iPad and Android tablet.
- Download are not working on iPad.
I confirmed it below demo page.

According to above, I expect annotations and download work on tablet.

Can I use annotations and download on tablet?
I would be very thankful for any suggestions.
