Annotation tools doesn't support on Tablet Android.

In documentation said support on both android and ios, but my user cannot use annotation tools in android tablet (Xiaomi mipad android 12 , chrome 109). And I have test on chrome, ipad air 4 too.  I got the same result. But I can use normally on safari.
