API Services down consistently around the end of the month

Question

Today, the Adobe Document Cloud API Services are down again.

If you look at history, it seems like its a common thing for the API services to go down before the end of the month and just after the start of a new month. Probably most comment when people are generating their "end of month" reports. This is a critical time for companies to generate their reports.

Is there a plan for Adobe to improve servies and/or recovery time during this very time sensitive period?
Is there a way to PAY to get more reliable services?

Thank you for your message. We were aware of the issue last month, which was a one-time rare event, and we’re not seeing any ongoing problems with the services. That said, we understand how critical this period is, and Adobe continues to invest in performance and reliability—enterprise support plans are also available for added assurance during peak times.

Feel free to send me a direct message if you want to follow-up on this issue, and we would like to better understand the observations that made you conclude that this was recurring as we do not see that on our end!
