AWS pricing

I am looking into subscribing Adobe PDF Services API (International) through AWS marketplace to be used in Microsoft Power Automate. The listed price on AWS is $0.05 / per API call unit. Also, when signing up for AWS marketplace account there is a notification that AWS free tier is applied for 12 months.

 

I am not familiar with AWS and not sure if the free tier is related to this specific service. After 12 months will there be an additional AWS fee applied to us, if we only use the Adobe API and nothing else from AWS? Will there be an additional AWS fee or only the Adobe API subscription fee?
