Bullet Points Coming as Images

Hi all,

When I try to send a PDF to be converted in to the API it does the conversion properly but the un-ordered lists. The bullet points in un-orderes lists are being replaced by images of bullet points and sometimes it changes the placements of the bullet points.

I have attached a sample PDF that I have faced this issue on bellow.
