Buying issue in Adobe PDF Service API

I am using PDF extraction API of Adobe, I have utilised my 500 credits. I want to purhcase the plan or add my card details but not able to find the relevent billing page. please help me how can I add my billing details.
Also, what's the API charges ?

    I have the same issue. I contacted the Adobe PDF Service API sales team multiple times in the past few weeks via this form, but did not get a reply. Via phone a customer support representative pointed me to AWS marketplace, but it says "

    This version of Adobe PDF Services API (International) is not available to new customers." However it indicates that pricing is at 0.01 USD per page.
