Cannot Edit Annotation

Today (2023-09-26), we found some problem about the annotation. When we add new annotation to PDF/A file, that annotation cannot be edit or move.

We have the platform that signed PDF and save into PDF/A. And when we add new annotation we can edit and move normally. We use this platform for 4 month and don't have this problem until today.

When add new annotation, the blue box don't have the circle at the corner of the box.

When we try to edit in comment panel, we got "This file is locked for editing and commenting".
