Question

Cannot paid subscription got from AWS - it still uses the original (free trial) creds -> quota issue

Hi,

I used a dev account with trial only credentials to test the service.

Once happy with it, I subscribed to the pay as you go service via AWS, deleted the project / credentials and created a new one (starting from the link in AWS), but I still get quota error, so it is not using the pay as you go paid subscription.

Tried to contact support via the web form - no answer...

I had to fallback to a second different trial account until this is fixed.

How can I make sure I am using paid credentials ? Is there a way to double-check the credentials and licence I am actually using ?

I tried many times to delete project / credentials and reissue new ones, but I always get the same error...

Do you have any updates on Adobe? We reached out to their sales team via two emails, but haven't received any response. It's surprising that a company of their stature doesn't provide a convenient way to purchase API calls...

Ok - so what seems to have worked was:

  - cancel subscription on AWS

  - create a new one linked to a new Adobe account

Just deleting the projet / creds on the original account did not switch to paid version.

The "visual" indicator that it worked is that, on the adobe dev console project page, there is no reference Quota Usage section on the project page

DID NOT WORK - the api stopped working after about a day

So I CAN NOT USE THE PAID VERSION OF THE API - support is not answering

Could someone from Adobe get in touch with me - your product is impossible to use
