Chaining Functions

Hi all, 

I am trying to user the Service API to do some document conversion from word to pdf that is compressed and linerized. I have the files on AOS s3 and I am using the external service to get and pusth the files to S# with signed urls. I have this working (it was not easy). I call the create document service and it fetches a word doc converts it and pushes it back to my bucket, Then I do the same process for compress and again it fetches the document compresses it the pushed it back to my S3 bucket, Then finally I do the same to linerize the document. So in totak the document has been transfered back and forth 3 times. Is there any way I can set a compression level and linerization option in the create document. I can not imagine why I would ever want to create a PDF that is no linerized so can we just have that be a standard option?  Is there a better way to do this?
