confidentiality of documents

Hello everyone,

I've created a flow with Power Automate to convert documents from PDF format to Microsoft Word format using Acrobat Services API.

 

Before using it for documents that may be confidential, I would like to ensure that Adobe does not read or disclose the information contained in the documents sent to the API services. When I look at this link: https://www.adobe.com/fr/privacy/policy.html I am not certain that the confidentiality of the content of the documents is indeed true.

 

i use Ireland server

    We do not have access to your documents and we automatically delete them after 24 hours. While not (yet) available in the PowerAutomate Adobe connector, you could use our REST API to do an *immediate* delete of the resource when you've gotten your result.
