Convert document to pdf power automate connector of Adobe PDF Services ignores markup in word

I am using the 'Convert document to pdf' connector in power automate to converts a word document but it ignores the markup and comments made in the word file. Is there a way to add the markup and comments in word to the resulting PDF?
