Doc to PDF Converter

We have been trying to use the note API to convert Microsoft Word documents to PDF. Surprisingly when we use the sample documents provided multiple times, the SDK seems to work only one or two times out of 5 to 6 attempts.

This is little troubling  on our side as we plan to implement this on a production server and the failure rate is fairly high from what we see. This was happening end of April 2021. Has anything imrpoved on the SDK since then?
