Document Cloud notification mesages

I do not have AEM, but want to post notification messages to document cloud from my forms.  is this possible and how is it done?

    Can you elaborate? The Embed API does have an event model that allows you to post messages but only detects if a form has changed, not any more detail than that for forms.
