document generation api,automatically assign the value of page footer

When using document generation api,

is it possible to automatically obtain the current page number and total number of pages

and then automatically assign the value of page footer?

Does pdftools-sdk-samples have such a function?

Hi @default4xctu2zqo1f6 ,

Dynamic footer/header generation is not something that we support as part of the API, but it is under review. However, if you are using Adobe Document Generation API using a Word-based template, your page number and total page numbers are configured in your Word document which is then processed when the document is generated.
