Document Generation docx -> PDF API INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR

I'm receiving cpf:status":["completed":true,"type":"","title":"Internal server error; transactionId=Sdq2c2QtpfrUgFjRc0lsDHttm35XGQTz","status":500,"report":"{""error_code"":""INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR"",""source"":""docgen_engine""}"]]

I think I've confirmed that I'm using the correct token, good JSON and template etc. No other info or clues are coming back. Any thoughts? This has been working for months but suddenly no more.

    Same thing is happening to me too. It worked when building my template and testing my JSON in Word last week directly from the Word Add-On, but finally got my credentials working today for the PDF Services API and now I can't get it to work anywhere. Power Automate action output is saying my document is corrupt, but I tried it with only one field in my JSON on blank new file using the Add-On and getting the server error. Like Joel said that looks like there was a MS365 update on Tuesday that might have broke it?

    Did you save the template in a recently updated version of Word? I've been hearing that Word is breaking the templates but have not been able to confirm. Can you share your input files?
