Document generation onboarding

Does anyone have any experience with Adobe or third-party services for  implementation/onboarding of the document generation API (https://developer.adobe.com/document-services/apis/doc-generation/)?

My organization has IT resources familiar with JSON coding, but limited availability such that additional customer service and product guidance may be useful.
