Embed API error ONLY on safari mobile.

I'm using the PDF embed api and it seems to work on all browser on pc. Mobile works on all android browsers. But not on iPhone. Non any iPhone I can use chrome or Firefox and it works fine but native safari I get a file preview error. Why would it only do this in mobile safari? Any input would be appreciated.

Im having the same problem on iphone as well, but the problem is with all browsers. This can also be simulated with the developer console on chrome if you select the iphone mode.
