Embed API started failing on retrieving bootstrap.js

What used to be working, started failing this morning or sometime during the weekend.  The browser console error is:   Unhandled Promise Rejection: Error:  Get Metadata Request failed

    I did notice that when I went to the console, that I needed to re-review a services agreement.  Wasn't sure if that disabled my account or something.

    happens on most fill in pdfs .... prior this this weekend, everything was working fine and although I did a code roll, rolling back the code to previous versions till getting the same error.  Did a version change on your side?

    Sorry...wrong vendor....you are probably fine...I am sending blank pdfs.....ignore this complaint.
