[embed pdf api] Annotation Manager.selectAnnotation(annotation.id) jump to wrong location

Hi team,

I noticed that the annotationManager.selectAnnotation() API jumps to the annotation's page's beginning location, instead of the annotation's location or centering the annotation. 

If the annotation is at the bottom of the page, then the annotation won't even appear as it only shows the upper half of the PDF document.
