Error adding notes in document viewer

Error adding notes in document viewer, they disappear. After updating, annotations appear. What could I solve this error?

    What do you mean by "document viewer"? Do you mean the PDF Embed API? If so, you must download the PDF w/ annotations if you want a copy. You can either download via the UI provided, or programatically call it via JavaScript.
