Getting following error while trying to open a form filling PDF

Error: Cannot get DCAPI metadata if DCAPI is disabled
    at eval (eval at getMetadata (rendition.js:2), <anonymous>:1:1)
    at Function.reject (<anonymous>)
    at RenditionAPI.getMetadata (rendition.js:2)
    at DocAPIInDropin.getMetaData (bootstrap.js:2)
    at bootstrap.js:2

Could you please share the PDF which gives this error? Also, do you see this error only with this PDF or other PDFs as well?

My team confirmed that the pdf generated at serverside is corrupted which caused this error. Please let me know is there anything needed from myside to void this post. Thanks.
