"ERROR - Unable to extract content" with specific pages of PDF file

While using the PDF Extract API we encountered a PDF document which could not be extracted with the following error message:


adobe.pdfservices.operation.exception.exceptions.ServiceApiException: description =ERROR - Unable to extract content. Internal error; requestTrackingId=e920afa2-ee05-47e9-910e-ae9c3934ba1e; statusCode=500; errorCode=ERROR

 

Upon further investigation we discovered that it was only the first two pages which caused the error. That means when sending the document without the first two pages works fine, but sending one of the first two pages results in the above mentioned error.

 

I have attached the pages as individual pdf files, both of them cause the error.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
