Extract PDF callback

We are trying to avoid polling for job status by setting a callback as shown in the documentation, but it isn't being called. Polling for completion works, though.

Running the callback from an external source also works.

Is there a way to test callback calling from Adobe side?

So, a few things. You do not need to pass the client id and access token in the callback body unless your own code looks for it. Our API will just hit the URL you provide. Next, is the URL you used for $callback_url publicly available? It has to be addressable from the Internet so our API can hit it.

Thanks for your quick response. To answer your question: Yes it's a public address, in fact to test my endpoint I'm calling it remotely and it works... I don't know what is happening and don't have any log or error message to check either!
