Extracting vectors/patterns from PDF

Hello,

 

Highlighted portions in the above section of the PDF are vectors - found in Acrobat's Preflight tool.

Is there any way using which the vector information can be extracted?

Not with preflight. You need a graphics vector editor capable of accurately importing PDF. This is rare and hard to find; Illustrator, for example, can import some PDF content but not all of it, and is not a general PDF editor.

    Should have made the question more descriptive. Thought the PDF Extract API tag would help. 

     

    Can this info be extracted using the the PDF Extract API?
