Question

"Flow run failed. Alert: Your operation has been throttled.: Looks like your flow's operation is hitting an action limit designed to protect the connector service being called." (429)

Receiving this error "Flow run failed. Alert: Your operation has been throttled.: Looks like your flow's operation is hitting an action limit designed to protect the connector service being called." (429) in a Power Automate Flow, which is using connection reference to Adobe to convert a word file to PDF.
Throttling does not make any sense as I made sure there is just one API call at a time. This error came out of nowhere, since all worked fine before. Anyone experiencing the same? Thanks in advance!

    Hi all,
in the end, we figured out that this error was connected to a credit limit for Adobe API calls.
I’d suggest you to check the same.

We are also seeing this issue starting around or before 07:00 Eastern Time August 7th 2026.  Flows using the Adobe API Service were running fine yesterday.

I just started experiencing the same issue. Something seems to be wrong with the connector. Similarly, I have a flow that only calls the “convert a word file to PDF” once. It seems to fail repeatedly until it cancels the flow due to it being throttled.

Hopefully Adobe can address this sooner than later.
