Form fields on a uploaded PDF with signature box.

In v6 api version, I am not able to use form fields on a uploaded PDF with signature box.
 but got a answer that Adobe has the anchor text functionality disabled by default. If you contact support, they can contact Ops who can enable it on your account.

but I am not able to get support mail or contact.
