Get shareable links for pdfs on internal storage

I'm creating an app for my company that uses the Adobe API. I need them to collab on the files using the shareable link. I know that manually if you go to a file on Acrobat Reader you can get the shareable link. But how do I get it from the API?

The shareable link looks like this https://acrobat.adobe.com/id/{{Asset ID}} and I do have the Asset ID from the upload process. But If I access that link it says

This happens even using the same account that I used to upload the file into my Adobe Internal Storage. On a side note, I don't know where this file is being upload, I can retrieve it using the GET Request but it doesn't show up on my Cloud files.
