Getting Wrong RowSpan and ColSpan information for tables using pdf extraction API

Hi , I am getting wrong rowspan & colspan information for some tables. I have attached a PDF for reference.In the 4th Table of first page if you see the data then the table extraction is not accurate for rowspan & colspan.
Kindly assist me for this issue.

I'm curious. Are you expecting Extract API to pull data out of the form fields?

No, I am just telling at Page 1 , For 4th table(text starting as "C IF PRINCIPAL IS AN INDIVIDUAL...") , please check the extracted data for third row in which colSpan is defined as 2 but it should me 3  , leading to loss of data of last cell of that row.
This query is not regarding form fields , just simple rowSpan & colSpan data.
