How to show page navigation panel at the top of PDF page using Adobe Embed API

Is there any way to show page navigation panel on top of PDF page (viewed through Embed API on web browser) using Adobe Embed API?

Thanks for the clarification. I wasn't sure if you meant move it to the top of the UI or set the Z level to float on top of the page content.

Unfortunately, at this time, you cannot dock the page controls to the top.

We are rendering PDF file on a web page using Embed API. As shown in below picture, we want to move page navigation, zoom and page fit options panel to show at the top of page.
