HTML <input type="text"> to PDF form field

Hello everyone!

Adobe PDF Service API: HTML to PDF

Input fields cannot be converted to PDF form fields, or can they?

<input id="test-id" type="text" name="example" value="Predefined Value">

What I get is the value with an outline around it, but no form field.

What I would like to have:

Couldn't find anything about it.
