I am getting an error 500 INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR trying to call pdftomarkdown using REST

I’ve been using the pdftomarkdown REST api up until a few minutes ago where I am getting an error 500 INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR when polling for the finished job. Same file I’ve been using that worked fine now returns the error 500.
