I'm using adobe embed api , the toolbar is visible in desktop view but not in mobile devices?

Is adobe embed api supports mobile devices ??

In desktop view the toolbar is visible (highlighter, sticky note etc.) but when i switch it to mobile devices it is not visible.

I have not found any solution to this problem. Is the toolbar feature is not provided in mobile devices .
