I am having problems starting my PDF Extract API trial.  When I click on pdfservices-api-credentials-json it asks me to-“Replace the contents of this file with pdfservices-api-credentials.json in the zip file that must have been mailed to you from Adobe.” Well I in fact never got a zip file e-mailed from Adobe.

I visited the site Adobe PDF Services API to authenticate and setup the connector for my Microsoft Power Platform environment but the site states I need to login with a Personal Account. Are PDF Services not available to Business Accounts/Teams Accounts managed by the Adobe admin portal? I have a Adobe CS subscription on my user under the business and I'm an administrator.  I am also curious if there is a way to retrieve the "Client ID" from the admin console. I suppose that may be useless if I can't setup a key exchange but curious what's possible.

HiWe're using the Acrobat PDF Services API "Document Generation" to fill a Word document template with variables, and outputting a PDF. Some of the merge tags include strikethroughs, (think a price being discounted shown as : Was £100 Now £50Our Word document would beWas £{{price_was}} Now {{price_now}} However when the PDF generates the strikethrough has been removed. Does the API support this?

Hello community, Hope i can get an answer quick and manage to fix this.Today we reached our 1000 units on free plan. I'm trying to pay for more units and from the mail received from Adobe i get redirected to an aws page to subscribe. All cool but when i finish the setup it asks me to create new credentials. Thing is that i want to UPDATE our current api service , not to create a new one. By creating new credential we have a lot to modify in our code, so the perfect situation it's just to update our current plan with more units. Hey, I'm trying to install Adobe Document Generator Add-in on my Microsoft word (I'm using Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019).After installing the add-in and opening it, I get a black page with nothing in it and I can't figure out how to use it. Reloding the add-in didn't work.any ideas?

Currently, the structure of the JSON output is flat. Additional steps need to be taken to build a hierarchy of elements for republishing the content in other formats. Is there a way to get the output with hierarchy via the API, or any helper scripts to create a JSON/XML with hierarchy?

I'm using the Embed API to display a PDF with several checkboxes and radio buttons in a browser.I can then fill in the checkboxes and radio buttons and save the file.After the save, I want to read back the values of the checkboxes and radio buttons.Is there a way to do this with the Embed API ?If not, any suggestions? Thanks,John

I have a page containing five policies, each one a PDF, and I want to display them in an accordion where expanding each one brings up the corresponding embedded PDF using PDF Embed API.  I've tried changing the name of the variable and the ID of the div, but only the first PDF shows, and the rest are blank. How is this accomplished?

I have PDF's coming in and they're all exactly the same format. "First Name" and then their name is printed directly under it- same for all data in 1-4 columns per row. I successfully used Adobe Extract API to extract a JSON file with the data but I don't know how to select the data and move it to the right column in an existing excel file.  Adobe's "see how easy it is" marketing strategy has proven not so easy. So, what I would like is someone to point me in the right direction for this workflow:1) User uploads 1 or more PDF files from their web portal into MyPHP Admin SQL database.2) Files names are changed to coresponding client's ID number + doc type + date (ex. 1234567-receipt-20230205).3) Adobe API is automatically triggered to parse and passes the data into a row in an existing google sheets doc and uploaded to SQL database.(next task)4) Data is inserted into new PDF template and saved in users profile so they can print it out.  I'm running a linux server so
