INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR for document generation for the last 24 hours

The document generation endpoint has returned a 500 INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR for the past 24 hours.

Here is a requestTrackingId: `46ab24b6-a0ff-4233-80b9-1e0ffcd2a47d`

I’m using the Node JS SDK 4.1.0. I also tried the API endpoint directly, and I got the same result (US or EU endpoint)
