Is adobe PDF services facing some problems currently?

I see this morning that Document Cloud was having performance issues this morning. I have been trying to use the pdftomarkdown REST service api and the jobs have been stuck in progress since this morning.

Document cloud has reported that the issues have been resolved, but any pdftomarkdown calls are stuck as In Progress when polling the status of the pdftomarkdown job
