Is the Adobe PDF Embed API available for commercial use?

We convert data submitted in Illustrator and Photoshop to PDF for customers to review and download.

When the customer looks at the PDF, sometimes color changes or effects seem to be missing.
We assume this is happening because they are viewing it in a browser, not Acrobat.

So we would like to use the Adobe PDF Embed API to eliminate that problem to some extent.

Is the Adobe PDF Embed API available for commercial use?
Do I need to purchase a license, etc.?

I don't think Embed API should be used for proofing PDF created from professional graphics software at all. It just isn't as complete a viewer as Acrobat.

Embed API is freely available but I don't think it's appropriate for your use case. The browsers can't support the Adobe Color Engine (ACE) which is used to make color consistent across our desktop applications.

Thank you for your prompt reply.
I see that it is free for commercial use.

I will try to verify things since you mentioned that the Adobe Color Engine (ACE) is not supported.

By the way, in case there are complex objects, etc., in addition to colors,
If you use the browser's standard viewer, it seems that some data may be missing.
It seems to look normal when viewed in Acrobat.
In that case, is it correct to say that this can be prevented to some extent by using this?
