is there an way to show limited number of pages to the user?

I have a senario where if a user has a membership then only he can see all the page of pdf otherwise he can only view first 3 pages of pdf. is there any way to render only limited no. of pages to the user using adobe embed api.

    Using Embed? Nope. However you can use our PDF Services APIs to split PDFs and only offer the 'short' versions online for free.

    ok. but i don't want to use another api now. I will find a solution to this though
