Lack of any technical support

I am attempting to use Adobe PDF Document Services API. I have a Client Id and Client Secret.

My code can easily access the webiste to get an OAuth issued. When i try to send the next step for the end point that I want to use I get an Errror 500. 

The question I have is whether there is any technical support available for the Document API or are we just to rely on each other to stumble accross solutions to problems with their service ?

This seems to becomming a trend in the SAAS are for APIs and it’s pretty frustrating as a developer. I would never do that to my customers.  I previously posted a detail issue about my problem and have had about 50 views and no replys.  I dont use CURL or POSTMAN. I write code that can send HTTP or HTTPS to any website and get responses back … except for Adobe.

Does anyone know how to contact tech support for server to server issues with the document API ?
